Temperature Alarm & Monitoring System

Multi-point real-time temperature acquisition, instant over-limit alerts with AI trend anomaly detection

Solution Overview

Real-time multi-point temperature data acquisition with multi-sensor support, automatic over-limit alerts. AI trend analysis detects slow temperature anomalies. Historical curve query, data export. Widely used in server rooms, cold storage, workshops, and warehouses.

Problems Solved

Unattended during nights and holidays

Temperature anomalies in cold storage and server rooms often occur at night or on holidays. By the time manual inspection discovers them, materials and equipment are already damaged.

Unreliable manual logging

Paper-based logging has long intervals and is prone to omissions, making it impossible to reconstruct temperature change processes afterwards and hard to assign accountability.

Only seeing instantaneous thresholds, missing drift

Slow temperature creep that hasn't crossed a threshold goes undetected, yet the trend already points to issues like compressor degradation or defrost anomalies.

Key Features

  • Multi-channel concurrent acquisition

Single device supports multiple temperature probes, second-level reporting, real-time web refresh.

  • Graded threshold alerts

    Three-tier thresholds (warning / alarm / critical), supports time-slot and zone-specific settings.

  • AI temperature trend analysis

Learns historical operating curves, identifies slow drift and periodic anomalies, and provides early risk signals.

  • Probe and device anomaly detection

Short circuit, open circuit, stuck value, or acquisition device offline — each triggers a separate alert to avoid false sense of normality.

  • Historical curves and export

Any time range historical curve playback, supports report export for audit and handover.

  • Multi-channel alert push

Web dashboard, WeCom, and SMS reach on-duty personnel, with escalation and acknowledge/clear support.

Data Collection & Alerting Specs

Collected Data

  • Multi-point temperature values
  • Probe status (short/open/disconnected)
  • Device online status and signal strength
  • Alert events and acknowledgment records

Alert Types

  • Temperature above/below limits
  • Abnormal rate of temperature rise
  • Slow trend drift
  • Device offline
  • Probe fault

Alerts pushed to Web dashboard and WeCom; SMS as optional add-on. Same-type alerts auto-merged for noise reduction.

Deployment & Billing

Deployment
Reuse existing temperature probes and third-party DTU acquisition boxes. Connect to the platform via MQTT or Modbus-RTU/TCP — no modification to existing refrigeration or HVAC equipment needed.
Billing
Licensed by number of temperature monitoring points. Supports single-project buyout and annual subscription models.

FAQ

Can already-installed probes and DTUs be used directly?

Most existing probes and DTUs can be connected directly. The platform interfaces via standard protocols (MQTT attribute reporting / Modbus registers). We provide a point table template before connection — once register and range are confirmed, it goes live.

Who alerts during network or power outages?

Acquisition devices report heartbeats at fixed intervals. If no report is received beyond the agreed duration, an offline alert triggers. UPS power can cover common outage scenarios and avoid blind spots.

How long is historical data retained?

Data is stored in a time-series database. Raw and aggregated data are retained per subscription plan for long-term trend analysis and fault review, exportable at any time.
