The above directions are open for pilot to first-batch customers: validate product value in real on-site conditions. Customers get full functionality and implementation support at pilot pricing, and authorize us to use the project (anonymized) as a case study after the pilot period.
Maximum 3 devices / 3 sheds / a single warehouse per customer. Start with key points to validate alert and work order closed-loop.
One-time implementation fees waived during pilot, including tenant activation, point configuration, and personnel training.
3-month pilot period with joint evaluation at end. If value is not recognized, subscription can be stopped; data export is supported.
Product issues reported during pilot enter iteration priority evaluation. On-site specifications adjusted by our team accordingly.
