Does the original elevator control system need modification?
No. The system only reads operational status and fault signals through third-party acquisition boxes. It does not participate in elevator control and does not alter existing safety circuits.
How do maintenance personnel use it? Do they need to install an app?
Use the WeChat Mini Program — no download or installation needed. Receive alerts, accept work orders, check in on site, take photos, and submit records via the mini program. Management reviews and exports from the web backend.
Does installing this system replace statutory maintenance obligations?
No. The system only serves as maintenance management assistance and status reference. Statutory periodic inspections and maintenance obligations remain unchanged and must still be performed by qualified maintenance organizations.
